TERMS OF SERVICE.

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

I heavily prefer when proper references are provide, but:
If you’re unable to provide a reference sheet: please write a detailed description, in a clear and understandable manner, and please provide reference/inspo images; If need be, I can help provide some of the latter too.
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission can be canceled if I deem necessary, especially after warnings to stop.I, the artist, am allowed to refuse a commission offer without reason.

II. PAYMENT

All commissions must all be paid in full and upfront.
The currency accepted is USD, through PayPal.
I will ask for your email and will request an invoice; if you're unable to provide an email, or don't have a PayPal:
I'm sorry but you will need to find someone else.

III. PROCESS

WiPs (Work in progresses) will only be sent with my watermark overtop.
WIPs can be sent if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
The Commissioner can request a WiP at any time and I will send asapThe time for your commission to be completed can be upwards of 30 days. This time will be affected by your placement in my commission queue. If there are any issues that arise that could cause a delay with your commission you will be notified as soon as possible.If a commission takes longer than 30 days, the commissioner is entitled to one of the following:
A full refund for their commission OR to continue waiting untill the final artwork is completed.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy, however; After the sketching process in a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made for free, such as:
Small colouring errors, and marking mistakesAny larger changes will come with an extra charge, such as:
A full outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, major background change, or anything that makes me have to completely redraw a section.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, RainesRailway, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner, Therefore;
I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself with-in any place or site, and to display commissioned artwork anywhere to my liking, and/or post it wherever I deem fit.The commissioner has the rights to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless discussed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission any time deemed necessary.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me, RainesRailway, under any circumstances once payment has been received and the drawing process has started.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made with you will be retracted, and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers and black list you.
